Delivery will be made on date specified if placed before 11am

this does not include restricted areas.Special conditions apply to some destinatons

Every effort will be made to deliver within the time frame requested, 

however funeral tributes can be specific with regard to time.

Any claim against this guarantee must be made

within 24 hours. of delivery.
