Customer
Service Policy
We
value you as our customer therefore we will make every effort
to make sure that each and every order is made to value and
resemble the selection made, however, please be aware that
throughout Australia and Overseas, seasonal and regional
conditions may affect supply of certain flowers and foliage.
Substitutions may need to be made and they will be of similar
size, colour and value, maintaining the full value of the
order.
Our
team strives to be courteous and professional. Members of our
team are fully qualified florists.
Flowers
that are used in our work are guaranteed to be fresh and of
the highest quality. Roses are hydroponically grown here on
the Coast, therefore lasting quality is of the
highest
standard.
We
can help you with Local, Interstate, and Overseas
deliveries.
Our
Guarantee
We
guarantee same day delivery (Central Coast Wide), if the order
is placed prior to 12 noon on the day for Monday to Friday and
prior to 10am on Saturdays. When orders are placed after12
noon Monday to Friday and 10am on Saturday, same day delivery
may not be possible but the order will be delivered as soon as
we can.
Customer
satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we will ensure
that all our work is of the utmost
quality.
We
have consultation services available for corporate, function
and special events and each job is costed out appropriately.
Grievance and Non-Delivery
Policy Guidelines
Central
Coast Flowers has an understanding that at times there will be
differences and grievances. The quick settlement of these
matters is in the best interest of all parties concerned.
An
email address is required on the order (noted at the time of
ordering) to expedite any grievance matter including returns,
undeliverable orders etc.
If
delivery is not able to be fulfilled due to wrong address,
changed address ie the addressee has moved etc, only the
delivery fee will be charged.

Interflora
is proud of its reputation for excellence in all areas of
floristry and delivery. Each and every order delivered through
the Interflora Relay service is guaranteed to be of good
quality and condition and to the full retail value of the
order.
Containers,
Gifts and Accesories
Interflora
Florists will supply the containers, gifts and accessories
shown whenever possible. Should these not be available, then
alternatives of similar style and value will be
substituted.
Delivery
and Service Charges
The
standard delivery fee applies to most areas of Australia, if
an additional delivery fee is applicable either your
Interflora Florist will advise you or we will.
Liquor
Policy
Due
to strict laws on the serving of liquor, Central Coast Florist
does not allow liquor to be delivered in any
order.
Acceptable Payment
Central Coast Florist accepts most major credit
cards. They are: Amex, Diners, Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard.
Cleared funds must be received before the order is
executed.
